What carriers does Shaklee use for delivery?
- We ship with FedEx and USPS.
What shipping services are available?
- We offer expedited shipping options: Overnight Delivery, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air.
- There is also Ground and Priority Mail.
Is free shipping available?
- Shaklee offers a variety of promotions throughout the year to our Shaklee Members. Some of these special promotions do include free shipping.
- Preferred Members enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all minimum $150 AutoShip orders.* Members who join Shaklee 8/10/17 or later become Preferred Members by placing a minimum $150 AutoShip order within their first full calendar month after joining. Or, by maintaining an AutoShip order of any size for three consecutive months.
*Excludes 5 & 30 gallon Basic-H purchases
Shipping Times
How fast will I receive my order?
- Shaklee has a commitment to have our shipments delivered within 5-8 business days of when the order is placed. We select to use the lowest cost carrier that provides that service and allows us to meet that commitment.
- Delivery time can depend on the default carrier and service it provides, whether it is via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx SmartPost, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS 1st Class Mail
- There are other options to upgrade service and expedite shipping if time is more important than cost.
What days are considered business days?
- Business days are Monday – Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday or any USPS or FedEx holidays.
How can I get my package faster?
- You can choose to upgrade to an expedited service or choose to place orders earlier in the week and earlier in the day. Placing your orders on Monday – Wednesday, before 12pm Eastern Time for expedited and before 2pm Eastern Time for ground, will help to avoid delays from weekends and allow you to receive your shipment earlier.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Does Shaklee ship outside the continental US?
- Shaklee uses a USPS Priority Mail (USPS 1st Class for orders weighing up to one pound) to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipments should arrive within 5-8 business days.
Shipping to Guam, Virgin Islands and American Samoa
- We use USPS Priority Mail (USPS 1st Class Mail for orders weighing up to one pound) to ship to Guam, Virgin Islands and American Samoa. Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days.
Shipping to APO/FPO Military Addresses
Does Shaklee ship to APO/FPO Military addresses?
- Shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days, but may be subject to delay due on military mail processing restictions.
